Cancelation and No Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, appointments reserve dedicated time on our schedule and directly impact our staff when canceled without adequate notice.

Bathing Appointments

48+ hours’ notice: No fee

24–48 hours’ notice: $25 late cancellation fee

Same-day cancellation: $35 fee

No-show: 50% of the scheduled service total

Nail Trims & Upkeep Care

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at any time without a cancellation fee.

No-show: 50% of the scheduled service total

Prepaid Packages
Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all prepaid packages. If you no-show an appointment scheduled using a prepaid package, you will forfeit the service scheduled from your package. The service will be considered used and will not be returned, credited, or refunded.

Please note

Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. We may require a credit card to be placed on file.
