11. GIFT CARDS

PURCHASED JANUARY 12, 2025 to AUGUST 28, 2025.

1.1 Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Gift Certificates are valid for 5 years from purchase date. All gift cards, eGift card, and Gift Certificates will expire after 5 years of purchase and all value forfeited.

1.2 Gift cards are non-refundable

1.3 We do not replace lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards

1.3 Gift Card Policy
1. Final Sale: All purchases of physical and electronic gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

2. Treatment as Cash: Gift Cards should be safeguarded as you would cash. Topher’s Paw Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, deleted, or misplaced Gift Cards, and such cards will not be reissued or replaced under any circumstances.

3. No Lookup or Replacement: Topher’s Paw Co. does not have the ability to look up Gift Card numbers or balances and cannot reissue Gift Cards, even if proof of purchase is provided.

4. E-Gift Cards: For e-gift cards purchased online, you must retain the original email containing the Gift Card number, barcode, or QR code. A purchase receipt or order confirmation alone is not sufficient for redemption. Redemption requires presentation of the valid Gift Card code as issued.

5. Expiration: Gift Cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, in compliance with applicable law. Any remaining balance after expiration will be forfeited.

6. Agreement to Terms: Purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of this policy.
