We welcome dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and ferrets at participating locations. Birds are not accepted.

Leashes & Carriers: All pets must remain on a leash or securely inside a pet carrier while waiting. Pet parents must maintain control at all times.
Pet Comfort & Safety: We will never force a pet beyond their limits. Services may be stopped or not completed if a pet displays excessive stress or aggression.
Nail Quicking: Quicks vary in length and visibility. Although we take precautions, accidental quicking is possible.
Declawed Cats: Full nail trim pricing applies.
Vaccinations: Shot records are not required. We strongly recommend vaccinations according to your veterinarian's guidance.
Payment: Cash, credit, and debit accepted. Checks are not accepted.
